All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing displayed on this Site are for reference purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual product specifications may vary. Quotations provided upon request are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed through this Site or via email are subject to acceptance by Danfoss Pressure Switch. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. Payment terms are as specified in our commercial invoice and are typically T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment for new accounts.
Standard products ship within 3 business days from our Ningbo facility. Custom orders require 15–30 business days depending on configuration. Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) are specified in the quotation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.
Danfoss Pressure Switch provides a 12-month warranty from date of shipment against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or operation outside published specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danfoss Pressure Switch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and technical documentation, is the property of Danfoss Pressure Switch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province.
Danfoss Pressure Switch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
